I tried a few traditional dishes like Curry Goat, Ox Tail, and Rice & Peas - all were delicious! Dessert is always my main focus for any meal, so I indulged in some ice cream and custard tarts. Then I made my way back for round two for French toast - topped with brown sugar, syrup, & walnuts - to satisfy my sweet tooth.
